
I’m having too much fun with this grill. I would almost grill every day/night. Last week, I grilled more hamburgers and some fish. The fish was so good when grilled, although I did overcook it slightly, but it was still delicious. I need to get used to this particular grill and grilling times again.
In preparation for hurricane season and possible power outages, I experimented by cooking a meatloaf on the grill. It took a bit longer than I expected after doing some Google research on cooking time, but it turned out great and was delicious!
- Monday: Goulash
- Tuesday: Tacos and Rice
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Salmon Patties, Macaroni & Cheese, and Green Beans
- Friday: Pizza with a side salad
- Saturday: Burgers and Chips
- Sunday: Angel Chicken over Pasta
My meal plan starts on Wednesday because I plan a week at a time, and the ads for my local grocery stores are published on Tuesday with the new week’s sales starting on Wednesday. Use what day works best for you.
