Book Review: The How (and Wow!) of Habits by Carrie Willard

The How (and Wow!) of Habits by Carrie WillardI just got done reading through The How (and Wow!) of Habits by Carrie Willard. Loved, loved, LOVED this book! In her attempt to provide tips for creating good habits and releasing bad ones, Carrie had me laughing out loud several times, and even shedding a tear or two. Her personable writing style left me feeling like I was sitting with her having a chat.

She made me want to get up early (and I have NEVER, EVER wanted to get up early for ANY reason aside of Christmas morning), made me want to chew the inside of my cheek (you’ll understand later, and for the record that wasn’t her intent LOL), and helped me recognize several habits that I want, and maybe even need, to implement in my life.

Carrie gave many tips for several aspects of life including, business, money, family, parenting, and relationships. All of which I was extremely grateful for.

And can I just say that I may have to print and frame her suggestions for good habits to work on with kids!

And last but not least, the bonus downloads she provides are great tools to start creating your own positive habits. :)

You can check it out here. Well worth it.
