Meal Planning Wednesday

I’m having too much fun with this grill. I would almost grill every day/night. Last week, I grilled more hamburgers and some fish. The fish was so good when grilled, although I did overcook it slightly, but it was still delicious. I just need to get used to this particular grill and grilling times again.

I had a craving for nachos, so I made those on Sunday instead of what I had planned. One thing to keep in mind is that Meal Planning ahead of time is there to help you and guide you, but it doesn’t have to be a strict plan. You can adjust and change as needed, even if just because you’re craving something else that day.

  • Monday: Grilled Hamburger Patties, Green Beans, Tater Tots
  • Tuesday: Taco Salad with Shredded Chicken
  • Wednesday: Leftovers
  • Thursday: Pan-fried (or maybe grilled) Ahi Tuna, Roasted Broccoli
  • Friday: Pizza with a side salad
  • Saturday: Monte Cristo Sandwiches with Tater Tots
  • Sunday: “Fried” Chicken Legs with Homemade Baked Beans & mini cornbread muffins
  • Dessert: M&M Cookies

My meal plan starts on Wednesday because I plan a week at a time, and the ads for my local grocery stores are published on Tuesday with the new week’s sales starting on Wednesday. Use what day works best for you.
