Tell Me Thursday

The story behind yesterday’s Wordless Wednesday begins at our local library.

They had a “Night of Superheroes” where the library employees and volunteers dressed up as various superheroes. Then the children came in and they had lots of activities set up including creating a cape and mask. That is what Andrew is wearing. By the time that photo was taken most of his decorations had fallen off.

You can tell he’s holding some papers in his hand. Well, this was an autograph book they gave the kids to get autographs from the superheroes. One of the superheroes told Andrew he looked like Zorro, and that he should tell everybody he was Zorro. Next thing I know, he is insisting I go out to the car and get him a crayon so he can start signing autographs too. Of course I did and he proceeded to walk around telling everybody he was Zorro and signing their books.

You can participate in Tell Me Thursday by telling about your Wordless Wednesday photo and linking here.

The photo of Andrew was taken by the local newspaper and was uploaded to their “You’ve been Spotted” website. You can browse it here.
