Weekly Weigh In

This week wasn’t great in the weight loss dept. I’m down one pound. I guess it’s not bad. I’m still bad about following through with exercise. Even with my great new fancy machine. I did get on it a few times and was only able to ride for one minute. And I had to push myself the last 10 seconds. LOL

It was discouraging even though I know it’ll come. When I did it before I had to start small and work up, but I was able to do 3 minutes before and worked up to 15 minutes at a time. Going less than a minute before I was struggling was disheartening and just reminded me of what bad shape I’m in.

On another note, I’ve been researching and using essential oils for the last two weeks, and I’m in tears the difference it has made in my life already. Andrew even changed his Nintendo DS nickname to doTerra fan because of how much better it’s making me feel and the great things it’s done for him. I’ll post specifics later. Right now I gotta get back to work.

Hey Shannon! A one pound loss is great :-) As for exercising – it’s all about starting small and working your way up (just like you said). What fancy machine are you talking about? I want an elliptical so bad! lol

    Hi Tishia!

You can see it on my Wordless Wednesday here:

I really like it. Gives me a good work out, but low impact. So it doesn’t kill my back and knees as much as other things.
