Ok, so I’ve done hardly anything this week other than cut out the Coke. And I’ve still had a few, they’ve just been few, and not daily…well, ummm, several times daily. Plus I’ve done some walking and drinking more water. That’s about it.
Weight loss total for the week: 2 pounds.
